Electronic Grade Submission

Requested by faculty, the Electronic Grade Submission system easily imports grades from K-State Online that can then be submitted directly to the Registrar's Office at Kansas State University. Instructors can also manually enter grades.

The Electronic Grade Submission was designed to mimic and streamline the existing paper grade submission process. Electronic Grade Submission was pilot tested with a group of selected faculty in Fall 2005 and made available as an option to all university faculty in Spring 2006.

To access the Electronic Grade Submission system, faculty are required to complete training offered by iTAC. Faculty are only required to complete training once, and not every semester.

Electronic Grade Submission is a joint project of the Registrar's Office, Information System's Office (ISO), Computing and Telecommunication Services (CTS), Information Technology Assistance Center (iTAC), and the Office of Mediated Education.

Fun Fact: In Fall 2006, 295 instructors used Electronic Grades Submission system for 779 different course sections rather than submitting paper grades.
